Im just trying to make my labels, but the app and site keeps interrupting me to ask if im a robot. Im not a robot, but the app doesn't believe me. Its preventing me from making products I want to buy. I promise im not a robot. Just let me buy products from you.
App won't let you log in. Glitches. I Uninstalled
I tried to customize something and then attempt to add it to my cart. I get a pop up that says my item is added, then I go to my cart and it is empty (and when I go back, my design is gone) not very user friendly. When I go to Zazzle through Chrome, I have no issues. I only experience this in the app. Other than that (which is a pretty big issue in my opinion) the app is easy to use.
I was liking it because with my new daughter do in august i was trying to find a personalized blanket. And all the sudden now i have to hold a button to prove im human before i can go back to the menu. So i deleted the app im not fighting with it.

DON'T USE ZAZZLE they ruined my wedding invites! They had to be re printed and mailed 3 times and all 3 times they were awful. Only needed 80 wedding invites. Now i have 240 that I cant use! 0 stars and they begged me to recommend them to my bridesmaids 🤣
Do not buy from them, been over 2 weeks and still have not received my item, scam
I just spent a a few weeks saving "likes" trying to decide on a business card design. I had the card picked out, design all ready in my cart and when I went to Check out it had me verify I was a human twice, then it kicked me out, didn't save my progress and U somehow lost all my likes. Thank you for wasting my time. I'm glad I didn't spend any money. I'll be deleting this app and using something else. They had great designs and a terrible app!
